By purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. We accept PayPal and major credit cards through a secure checkout process.
Your order will be processed once payment is received in full.

2. Shipping

Orders are shipped from Lafayette, Tennessee. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipping.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal care nature of our products, all sales are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@care-elle.com
and we’ll be happy to make it right.

4. Product Use & Responsibility

All products are made with natural oils, butters, and herbs.
If you have allergies or sensitive skin, please review the ingredients carefully before use.
Care-Elle is not responsible for reactions due to individual sensitivities.
